Prosthodontist

Dr. Mahrous (pronounced “Ma-Roos” ) is a board-certified prosthodontist who graduated from the University of Iowa in 2016 with a Certificate in Prosthodontics and a Master’s degree in Oral Science. He is an associate professor of prosthodontics at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health (ASDOH), where he actively contributes to teaching, research, and scholarship. This engagement ensures he remains at the forefront of the latest advances in dental technology and evidence-based standards of care.

Board certification by the American Board of Prosthodontics is a distinguished achievement that reflects Dr. Mahrous’s exceptional clinical skills, advanced training, and commitment to providing the highest quality patient care. This recognition is widely regarded as the gold standard in prosthodontics, underscoring his dedication to precision and lifelong learning.

Dr. Mahrous holds leadership roles in prominent dental organizations and is highly respected within the prosthodontic community for his expertise and contributions to advancing dental education.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mahrous enjoys swimming and spending quality time with his wife and two sons, 9-year-old Yousef and 5-year-old Adam.

General Dentist

Dr. Elgreatly ( Pronounced “EL-Greal-ly”) Graduated from the university of Iowa with Advanced Opertive training from. Her mission is to provide excellence and state of the art dentistry and being able to make a difference in how people see themselves by educating my patients and helping improve their smile. She loves getting to know my patients and making them feel special!

She is an associate professor at A.T Still Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health(ASDOH). Her role in ASDOH is the Operative Director and clinical instructor at the comprehensive care clinic.

She have been married since 2013 to her college sweetheart, Dr Mahrous and have two boys, Yousef and Adam. She enjoys spending time with my family. On Friday nights they enjoy going out for pizza and have a blast!

She loves dentistry because she get to meet people and help them. Also, dentistry is evolving and she is eager to learn new things to help her patients get the best care.

She is a member of the ADA, AGD, AOD and ADEA.

Registered Dental Hygienist

As a dedicated dental hygienist, my mission is to promote healthy, beautiful smiles and help patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. I have been passionate about educating patients on oral health and preventive care.

With a focus on gentle, thorough cleanings, I aim to make each visit a positive experience while providing patients with the tools and knowledge they need to maintain their smiles at home. I believe that great oral hygiene is a cornerstone of overall health, and I'm committed to helping my patients achieve their best oral health. Outside of the office, l enjoy spending time with family, planning vacations and simply trying new local coffee shops! I look forward to making your next dental

Lead Dental Assistant

27 years ago, I fell in love with helping patients along their dental journey with whatever they may need to make their visit a more pleasant and comfortable experience and hopefully change the way they feel about going to the dentist. The best part about working here at Flossophy Dental is that the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable in their positions and we all work together to ensure that we are providing the highest quality of patient care coming from caring and compassionate professionals. Plus, I don't lose a wink of sleep working chairside with Dr. Pandya. He is gentle, ethical, and a perfectionist. So happy to call Flossophy Dental my "dental home" and my "dental family".

Office Manager

Growing up in San Antonio, TX, I grew very fond of the dentist due to the positive impact it had on me and the life changing knowledge about my dental health that was shared with me. Having a dental office that is efficient and knowledgeable in their profession makes a world of a difference! Now, being in this field for many years, I've been able to perfect my skills revolving dentistry so I can do my best to create a pleasant and memorable experience for our patients.

Outside of the dental office, I have a 5 year old pitbull who takes up the majority of my free time. I am an avid lover of FPS video games and a sucker for a good horror movie!

As an Office Manager, I take pride in being thorough when it comes to my patient's concerns. I believe in being an advocate for my patients when it comes to difficult roadblocks due to insurance clauses, amongst other things. One of the most rewarding aspects of this job is being able to keep my patients comfortable and happy throughout the entirety of their dental journey.
